30-Day Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@keepitreal.shop with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are free within 30 days while stock lasts. Place a new order and we'll refund the original once the return is received.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost no return needed.
Custom & School Orders
Custom apparel, school collections, Greek chapter orders, and any printed-on-demand item is final sale unless defective.
Refund Timing
Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
